Mt Diablo，俗称大菠萝山。过四峰，20迈拉练，踏遍整个大菠萝山！
Mt Diablo Summit 主峰3849英尺
North Peak 北峰3557英尺
Mt Olympia 奥林匹亚峰2946英尺
Eagle Peak 雄鹰峰2369英尺
本次我们将分两组人马，分别在山顶和山底集合，采用对穿模式，模拟大峡谷R2R。不用换车。
短距离的可以省略北峰和奥林匹亚峰，全程大约15迈。
1月18日过四峰20迈拉练
时间：2020年1月18日 星期六 7:00AM-17:00PM
山底停车地点：178 Regency Dr, Clayton, CA 94517
山顶停车地点：从南门进，然后直接开到山顶停车场。South Gate Entrance- Mt Diablo State Park/2675 Mt Diablo Scenic Blvd, Blackhawk, CA 94506
装备：水、防晒霜、遮阳帽、雨具、对讲机、食物（午餐）、登山鞋、登山杖、头灯（拉练必备）等。湾区爬山安全手册
